Contract law~~

Wahhh very happy can go back to college study after 2 weeks holiday!!Wkakakaka...Today first time touch law paper..a very very "easy" paper...aikxx=.=...first lesson already contract law which contain 80 pages...swt la....Only lesson 1 got 80 pages liao...Wateva!!!DO u know that contract act 1950 is copy from indian contract law...aikxxx...Malaysia bOleh maH!!hmmm where got original la??lolzz....Contract act 1950 is simply mean a valid contract which must be at least two different parties,must be in agreement,there must be a consensus and those parties must intend to create legal relations in sense that the promises of each side are to be enforceable simply because they are contractual promises....Hmmm very long defination....Inside contract act there are many examples lar...aikxxx very sad T___T....Sometimes I wonder why I need to study law leh??I m taking accounting paper leh..nothing really relates in this accounting industri la...aikxxx I think the Acca purposely make it very hard to get thorugh...stupid ACCA!!!Since ACCA is stupid,Why i m taking ACCA??haha..i think i m the one stupid...lolz..siennzz....anyone studyin law can HELP ME????
